Wendy's - Natchez

Food was better than I have had at other Wendy's. Service was really good. Outlets made it easy to take care of a few things for work while having my meal.

Madison took our order and was very friendly and polite in the drive thru. She needs a raise!She was at the first window. However, at the receiving window, I'm guessing the employees can't talk. They didn't bother to greet us at all. The food was very hot! I haven't had fries that hot coming out of a window in a long time! Very pleased with the burger, fries, and drink. This would have been a five star review if not for the second window employees.

Cashier was rude. If u tried to get her attention she purposely ignored u. I had an online pickup order. I waited until she was finished with the customer that was before me when I moved up I said hi I'm here to pickup and mobile order for C.E. mobile she looks at me with a nasty look and walks away. I notice the order that was on the counter in the pickup area was mine I said excuse me she never came back or said anything so I just got it on my own and left.

After spending over an hour in Taco Bell, I had to hurry and go because I ran out of the gas. I went without food because I had to hurry, and honestly, the staff were so rude that I didn't get anything from them to eat. After I got gas, I went to Wendy and they had my food shortly after the order. The ladies were so nice. While the rude lady in Taco Bell said they were short employees, Wendy's had fewer employees and her business still ran much smoother. I know I shouldn't make a big deal about a fast food restaurant, but if you had a night like me with three kids, the little things really important. So thank Wendys.
