We always check our order before leaving, and although the staff... read more I have only two complaints. First, there was a mistake with our order at the drive-thru window. We always check our order before leaving, and although the staff was attentive, it took some time to get the correct order. Second, since the dunes in the area are closed, it’s unclear how customers with order issues are supposed to resolve them. They would have to get back in line, which can be frustrating. I witnessed a woman knocking on the door while holding her order; she knocked repeatedly but was not acknowledged before she disappeared from my view.

While I understand that the staff might not be very enthusiastic about their jobs, the customer service was exceptionally lacking.
