I ended up eating lunch here for 3 days. They had good options to choose from (brown rice, a few Indian like dishes, beans to name a few). Everything was vegan exept for one dish so this place is great for vegans. Just ask the owner what options are vegan. She usually puts the vegetarian option on a different table to separate it from the vegan food. This is a pay by weight buffet. There is outdoor seating. The owner is very nice. Accepts credit cards.
A great place for lunch in Natal, especially if you are in Ponta Negra. The food selection was decent, and it was almost always vegan. Unfortunately, they did not have any samosas! Also, there is a balance of Indian and Brazilian dishes. I was hoping the Indian food would be spicier and a little more flavorful, but I think most Brazilians prefer Indian food to not be as spicy as it would be if served traditionally. The owner is really kind and speaks English. She was happy to help explain the dishes and answer general questions about her place. The restaurant is in an area that seems shady, but it's fine to walk around in...at least in the daytime.
Nice and cozy place. Delicious and tasty indian-like food.
