Tasty's Fresh Burgers - Nassau County

We went in looking at the shakes in this poster (bottom right), boy what a mistake! While they tasted ok, they were not even close to how they look in the picture. Ordered an Oreo and a strawberry, they both looked like Vanilla! Prices were outrageous for the food we were served. Ordered onion rings, apparently they were out of the sauce it comes with so I had to pay 79c for a sauce. The worst part is, we never even got the sauce and when we almost finished eating the rings, Irealized we never got the sauce so I went up and told the girls about it, they just said sorry and that 's it... What kind of service is this?? At least refund me my 79c!! We ordered cheesy dogs and they were tiny little things (size of abreakfast Sausage), I thought they gave me kids ' cheesy dogs and asked the girls to which I got the 'all our hot dogs are the same size ', which makes me wonder why even bother having a kids size meal at all if that 's the case?? I wouldavoid this place at all cost.

Good food, and if you're on the road this makes a great stop. Service is friendly, the restaurant is clean (and so are the toilets! . Honestly, I found the tater tots to be the best I can remember having, and Tasty's will give you a whole big bag of tots that are all crispy and potato y and not at all soggy. Yum! If you can't tell, it's my pick for best thing on the menu. I'll be the outlier here and say the shakes were just okay very simple Hersey's chocolate syrupshakes, and the burgers kind of sit in the middle between my shake opinion and my tater tot opinion. They're good, salty and soft enough, and make for one of the better lunch choices you can make. Also, the outside area is just fab. Eatoutside of the weather permits!

The staff was friendly, and there wasn't a long wait, so ordering was quick. Despite the busy lunch rush, our food was served promptly. There was plenty of seating available inside, along with a few tables by the entrance and some shaded picnic tables on the side of the building. The food was delicious, just as I expected, and comparable to other locations. I’ll be moving to the area in a few months, so I will definitely be back!

This restaurant is managed by inexperienced staff, with the current manager only in the position because her sister owns the place. She lacks the qualifications to run a fast food restaurant, and her leadership style wouldn't be acceptable elsewhere. There have been numerous safety and security violations reported that remain unaddressed. I suggest the owner focus on genuinely developing their team and prioritize hiring quality employees over simply filling positions. The high turnover rate clearly reflects the poor ownership and leadership.

I wanted to give this restaurant another try, and my husband and I were not disappointed. The first time, we visited the location further up the road, but this place really exceeded our expectations. Everything was delicious, especially the turkey patty, which was absolutely amazing. My husband opted to skip the bread and requested the sauce on the side, and it was hot and flavorful. We ended up ordering two more patties because they were that good! The customer service was excellent as well. For the first time since the pandemic, my husband and I had the chance to sit outside and enjoy a meal together in their lovely atmosphere.
