1000 Degrees Pizza Salad Wings

This is one of the jewels of Nassau Bay and our favorite place to enjoy a pizza. Highly recommend to all of our friends. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have been eating at the Nassau Bay restaurant at least once a month for years and I like the pizza. Never have I been charged for extra ingredients. I 'm referring to the veggie stuff-mushrooms, onions, olives, etc., not meat and cheese. Today they want $1.00 each for these ingredients, over 5. There are no signs or notices to this effect. They said this went into effect in January but I have ordered the same pizza with the same ingredients at least 6 or 8 times since January and not been charged extra. I talked to the manager who was no help. He couldnt say when this came into effect. I told him they could lose customers and his response was, we aren 't losing customers. Well, they lost one today. I know that most pizza places charge for extra ingredient but this business appears to have changed their policy rhis week.
