As usual, Whole Foods didn’t disappoint. The place was clean and well maintained. Some of the items were low on stock but I still found everything I needed. The parking garage available for customers is also very much appreciated. Staff members were friendly and overall I had a great experience here. View all feedback.
What Brandon Kristofer Pinco Cabanillas doesn't like about Whole Foods Market:
Customer Service was awful, when we went to ask for help looking for an item we were treated as if we were an inconvenience. This was our first time and last time in a Whole Foods Market. We will not support a company that is bringing in the Mark of the Beast with the pay by palm system View all feedback.
I just called and thanked Angela, the whole foods market manager at this store on Broadway in Nashville. She is the greatest! An indefatigable grocer.
I spoke with a cook over hot bar and mentioned they should communicate with other stores because the store in Kennesaw ga hot bar is amazing fried chicken, fish baked chick, beef with gravy, rosemary sweet potatoes its so much to choose from the line is long of customers waiting. This one in Nashville needs to step there game up so boring
Yeah. Nice unusual stuff. A little pricey. Parking is a bit difficult due to construction and changing/ removing roads. Someone didn’t think this through. Be prepared to buy something or parking fees start at $10 an hour. Get your ticket validated at checkout.
Shopped here today, found everything I need, but the experience had not been so great with the check out. The employees I encountered were clearly unhappy unprofessional. Besides being uncomfortably cold with me(they were joking with other customers behind me! , the employees at checkout were talking about they should of been off work and the person who is helping customers to bag didn’t even bother to help me after I asked to use my own bag. Whole Foods need to prioritize their employees’ wellbeing and do better at customer interaction training so both customers and their employees can have a good day at Whole Foods. Gave 2 stars only bc one employee had helped me with the bread slicer machine.
This was a very clean and modern store, wide aisles for a smaller store with unique specialty items. While I was only looking for a few items (greeting cards, gallon waters, granola bars) they had them in stock and actually priced lower than anticipated. The only reason for the low review was parking it was free but difficult to get in and out by car (I circled the building twice), and parking needs validated by a cashier. A couple cars were holding up the line because they couldn’t figure out the exit booth or perhaps had not received validation. The parking situation was so inconvenient I’ll avoid this location unless on foot or in some sort of food emergency.
