The 2.6 rating this establishment has must be a lie, because I went to this place they are amazing. Martez at the front counter was excellent with his customer service skills. Also, his colleagues are sweet very knowledgeable!

So everybody knows this place is connected to 2 others so cards ring up funny. Use cash if possible

Checked my bank statement a couple of days after I ate at Villa Fresh in Opry Mills Mall. It showed my $17.13 for the pizza, spaghetti and drink I ordered. Then there was a separate charge of $3.39 that I did not authorize. Used to have this happen at Dave Buster's too. Somehow they get away with authorizing a tip outside of your bill or the person at the cash register does it without you know it. It's not much money, but when you combine all the others that I'm sure they do this to, it's a lot. IT'S THEFT!

Food smelled good but was not worth it at all. Pizza wasn’t all the way cooked and not super tasty and pasta was microwaved and had 0 taste. Go somewhere else.

The people attending were a little impatient and kinda rude.
