Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Service was decent, even though we were pretty much the only customers the service wasn’t the fastest. The reason for 3 stars is mostly because I get the exact same order every time I go to a tropical smoothie and the smoothie I got was completely different than it usually is, it felt like they missed an ingredient altogether or accidentally measured it wrong.

Tropical smoothie has always been a favorite of my family going to tropical smoothie as a restaurant chain since we lived in South Florida so roughly around maybe 16 or 17 years give or take. Anyways now I have a daughter that jumped into the fun with tropical smoothie and truly does love it as well. She loves the kids cheese quesadilla and the smoothies without a doubt. Worst service I've received in a while…I walk in the door, no acknowledgement at all. Others walk in the door; get acknowledged and their order taken while I'm standing there for 15 minutes and no one ever says anything to me. I don't come to beg to be served. As a business owner, that's very unacceptable and the crew needs training on public relations.

Great service and friendly staff. Very cool very good.
