What Mike Dociu doesn't like about Three Brothers Coffee:
The hardworking workers truly deserve better working conditions! It's high time ownership listens attentively to their valuable demands. Instead of slowing them down by canceling meetings and dismissing their proposals, let's work together towards a fair solution. How about meeting their request for a wage of $16/hr, along with guaranteed tips? Additionally, committing to regular meetings every 1-2 weeks would demons... View all feedback.
Supporting Slowdown 4 Slowdown hoping that the owners can support their workers with negotiations to find a better way to move forward together.
Previously 5 stars as it is easily my favorite coffee shop in Nashville, however they need to pay their baristas a liveable wage! A company that doesn’t value their employees doesn’t deserve my business until that changes
Pay your employees a living wage, fully staff the business, and create an equitable distribution of a reasonable workload. Will adjust my review only if staff are treated with dignity and respect. For those who do not know, the coffee shop has the same ownership as Cumberland Transit. I will no longer be a patron of either until this is remedied. Stand in unity with Nashville workers.
The workers are the best part of this shop and the only reason a lot of students and patrons go there!!! Ownership, please listen to your workers-what they're asking for is the bare minimum. $16 an hour is barely enough to afford Nashville housing these days, $9 an hour isn't livable, and tips belong to employees. We'd love to return one day when workers are treated fairly again.
Visited for the first time and grabbed a bag of Nicaraguan coffee on a recent trip to Nashville. Great service, but after learning about how the workers are treated, I can’t give Three Brothers a great review. I would love to change that once we see their employees treated with dignity and respect.
