The Pancake Pantry — Hillsboro Village

Breakfast was excellent, I chose the tried and true; eggs, sausage and pancakes. It was all very good, service was fast and friendly despite being busy. Only hitch in the experience was I wanted to purchase some of the Cinamon Cream, which is amazing by the way, but there was nobody at the checkout station. Loved it. JJ was host — friendly and clearly knows what he is doing. Erin, our server, was friendly and efficient. Food was great.

This wouldn't be my first choice for a good tasty brunch but the service staff was courteous and friendly if I wanted to write a fair review. I wish food was better it would have been an excellent place.

Fav spot, love both locations in Nashville. This particular visit the server didn't seem thrilled to be there but food is still 10/10

Mmm mmm mmm! Delicious! The food was great with plentiful portions and good service. The pecan pancakes were overflowing with pecans and according to the hubby, so very moist. They also have gluten free cakes that you can top as you like. Mine were a bit dry but still very enjoyable once syrupy. One tip…come early! We got there around 7 ish and by the time we left the line was out the door. Oh and try the cinnamon cream syrup, you won’t be disappointed!
