The Palm Nashville

Excellent meal and Excellent service! My favorites were the Oysters on half shell and the Scallops they were Awesome! My husband had an excellent steak and was Very Happy with it, I just don't remember what cut of beef it was. We will definitely include The Palm in our next visit to Nashville.

Hoping a a good experience, seated quickly and received our drinks quickly! That's where it all went downhill. We sat there for 45 mins. with nothing delivered while other tables that arrived after us got food before we did. Some of the food was tasty while my $51.00 Sea Bass was over cooked and had no taste. I believe I've had Mrs. Pauls that tasted better. Very disappointed with what I had expected to be great food.

Took a group of clients there in mid July for a $1900 dinner . Service was horrible . We had to wait an hour for entrees and another 30 minutes to get our bill. Spoke with Andrew, their new GM who assured me I would receive a $200 gift card to use at another Landry’s property. It’s now six weeks later … no card . Avoid this place like the plague . It used to be great but is terrible now . Three bad experiences in a row. Won’t be back

The Palm is a fine dining steakhouse chain, with a traditional steakhouse interior. The food is very good, though some of the Calamari was slightly overcooked, the Scallops were excellent, as was the Crab Cakes. The wine list is extensive, if lacking whites, but now includes screwtops (a Chardonnay, a Sauvignon Blanc and a red). The service is inconsistent. The manager, Lisa, stepped in to help, when I got stuck in a 30 minute queue for valet. Table service was different for us, we were not asked to taste the wine before the pour, and crumbs were not swept.

Discovered The Palm-Nashville and had Bryan serve up a great meal.
