Place should be called a homeless shelter by the clientele that's hanging out in there. Place is super dirty, bathrooms the same. No lock on the bathroom stall door and this is the HANDICAP stall. Maybe the ADA should be contacted? I came here out of my way as I stay in my vehicle when working in Nashville. I immediately left and TA lost out on 3 days of fuel, food, showers, drinks etc. I will gladly travel to Lebanon to the Pilot there which is super clean snd upkept. I drf want something for my inconvenience.

Parked herre for a night. Originally, i parked in a reserved space and was going to buy it for a night. Had a security guy on a golf cart say a free space opened up if i wanted it where he marked his cones out by the shop. I don't think anything of it and move over there. About 5 am or so i get a knock on my door from another security guy, telling me to move so other people can get out. The second guy was nice about it, but I'd still rather of not been woken at all. If i would've known i would have just stayed in my original spot.

Security Guard stopped a truck today and I witnessed the Security Guard deny a handicap spot that was not marked for anything else. He was rude and heard him yelling at the driver from across the parking lot. The driver proceeded to back up then the Security Guard disregarded Saftey and drove his golf cart behind the trailer putting his life and TA property in a Saftey and harmful situation. The driver clearly had a Handicap Placard in his window. After talking to the driver he said that the Guard stated the spot was for the Shop. ADA law states if there is a marked Handicap Spot available that it cannot be denied. Driver was a Disabled Veteran with a prosthetic foot. Truly sad and unacceptable. If TA wants to deny a marked Handicap Spot of being utilized for how it’s marked then change it. I hope the driver files a law suit because that is just not right. Driver ended up leaving and saying he didn’t have time to deal with all that nonsense.

Went to Burger King and the floors and tables were so nasty. They need to take a break and clean them.
