Lacked signage like Order Here. If you go everyday I guess you would know but I had to ask. The coffee fix counter only had napkins. To be fair, they are in a con struction zone at the hospital so doing well co sidering that. View all feedback.
The slowest service. It's something when your order comes to you correct your shocked! Double check everything.

Drink below par. Customer service even worse. Not worth it. Go to the cafeteria to get your coffee.
Really kind and patient staff, so glad to get a ham and swiss croissant and strawberry açaí while i waited for my mom to get out of surgery. made my morning, truly. please dont forget to tip your waiters/baristas/etc!
Be good if they answered there phones when you call
