Bought two pints of ice cream here and even tipped 20% just to get down the street to realize both weren’t nearly full. One at 80% full. Not ok for the price.

In terms of coffee, ice cream, and food, the place was great. The employees were also very friendly! However, I don't recommend going here if you want a quiet place to work on your laptop. It was noisy and there were very little outlets to plug laptops up to.

They never have any ice cream.I get that cookies n cream is popular, but they run out daily. The last four of the five times I’ve been there they were out. I’ve stopped going as much.

Wonderful local place. The bakery is fresh and soooo good every morning. The cheese danish is out of this world, but everything in the bakery I've tried so far is amazing. The coffee is SIGNIFICANTLY better than Starbucks. Excellent service, friendly staff, and the price point is fantastic. They have a small parking lot (usually isn't full) and a drive thru that usually moves pretty quickly. It's definitely worth trying out. I am a regular with my boyfriend now, and this place has absolutely spoiled me. Dietary restrictions: Has a lot of alternatives for dairy. Parking: Has its own parking lot. It's not huge, but it usually isn't full.

I don’t usually do cones but I was craving one and boy did they deliver. Thank you sip house and thank you Mike, you never disappoint.
