Shep's Delicatessen

Delish! I've visited a few times, right when they open. Always friendly staff and the food is amazing. Their bagels are fluffy and tasty! I enjoyed the salmon schmear on my bagel. If you are a fan of lakes this place makes them an inch thick. So good. Service is excellent and just the right amount of attentiveness. Enjoyed my server this morning, Gabbi.

One of my favorite spots for a bagel and cream cheese. Wondered in right at close (very hungry). Tony was kind enough to let me order anyway. Took excellent care of me. You can tell this shop cares about taking care of their customers. these days that's rare. Best club sandwich I've had in a while!

The atmosphere is pleasant enough, lots of sunlight. Service was sparse, food was cold, at a time of day that seemed slow. One meal was acceptable and the other was really bland and overwhelming at the same time. I'm hoping the consistency improves, it's in a very prominent location and would love to see a restaurant survive there.

Shep's is always a go to for me when I'm in town! This morning I got the avocado toast with an oat milk latte. Our server was Gabby and she was so helpful, prompt and kind. Can't wait for next time!

Great spot for brunch (or lunch) in East Nashville! Modern takes on great deli classics. The latkes are amazing. A party of four for brunch, we were seated within a few minutes and drink orders taken. David, our server, was friendly and helpful. Food comes out very quickly. Everything was delicious! Would definitely make this a regular stop.
