Ruth's Chris Steak House

I come from a rural community and its fair to understand steak really well. Ordered the specialty new york strip which is often interchanged with sirloin in the uk Steak cooked as asked but it was rubbery, tough and clearly hadn't been hung for as long as it could be. Mentioned to the waiter, was offered an alternative but was starving.. Although wasnt even asked if food was ok until i got one of their attention. Was charged full price, poor all round

Our waitress did an outstanding job serving our table. The food was cooked as requested and was very delicious. The staff was continually checking to see if we needed anything. Enjoyed by all six of our party. Look foward to returning.

Excellent food, wine and service. We had a private room and were well taken care of. My filet was humongous, cooked perfectly and was delicious

My son said it was the best steak he ever had. Service was a disappointment, they brought our steak without ever bringing appetizer and salad we had ordered. They did comp us two deserts, but still, steakhouse service at this level for this price should be impeccable.

First time at Ruth's Chris for my wife and I. We were part of a group of 8 people. The food was amazing and our server, Catherine was courteous and attentive throughout the entire time we were there. Miat definitely goimg back!Dietary restrictions: If you have certain food allergies, just let the wait staff know and they will tell the chef. Very accomodating
