I ordered the Nashville hot chicken ramen and I was very disappointed. I consider myself a ramen enthusiast and eat it frequently. The broth is essential to a good bowl of ramen, but the Nashville hot chicken broth lacked any flavor at all. I had to add seasonings from my pantry to make it taste better. The pork shank ramen at this restaurant is delicious. The broth is flavorful and the meat is tender and tasty. I highly recommend trying it.
