Our server Becky was amazing! We’re visiting from Chicago and had one of the best meals of our life here, really! The Chef has an absolutely unique vision and executes it flawlessly. We had incredibly fresh duxbury oysters, red snapper crudo, and scallops. Really blew our minds and won’t forget this meal anytime soon View all feedback.
What Vince I doesn't like about Henrietta Red:
Osters were excellent and great selection. However its tapas style but very small portions and a bit price relative to portion size. Food was tasty and nicely presented. Service was very good. View all feedback.
Absolutely fabulous! On Vaca here . We were here 5 years ago and loved this place. We came Saturday nite and had to come back again before we left town. Oystersso fresh. Great service and cocktails. Loved all the food! So glad we ate here twice this week
The oysters were amazing! And pairing the polenta with the Turkish eggs was great because of the spicy heartiness of the Turkish eggs with the lighter umami polenta. I also learned that they get their sourdough bread for the Turkish eggs from Dozen Bakery, the best bakery in Nashville.
Solid 5 stars. Every dish was very well thought out. Complex, fresh and light. Decor was awesome.
The vibe of this place is great always good energy from the crowds, never loud, great seasonal menu, waitstaff on point, great bar, food is delicious at every course, and they can handle all sorts of dietary options. Our waitress knew a great set of vegan options, gluten free, and what most sinful dishes based on preference. Perfect for a date night or dinner with great friends Vegetarian options: Everything is well marked, and the choices are great. Perfect spot to let everyone eat to their preferences and have a good time Dietary restrictions: Had tailored menus for vegan and gluten free, everyone had options with all courses
What an absolutely and completely satisfying experience! Truly exceptional. As soon as you walk in, the whole space speaks to the calmness in your soul. The color scheme is absolutely beautiful and aligns perfectly with the oyster bar. The staff is welcoming and equally chill, adding to the whole serenity of the atmosphere. We ordered 4 each of the raw Otter's Choice and Ninigret Nectar oysters plus the Green Curry Oysters, Ramp Butter Oysters, Turkish Eggs, and a side of fries. Our server understood immediately that we were sharing everything for the full experience, so she recommended we up the ramp butter and curry oysters to four so we could both have two. Absolutely perfect. When I say every single thing we ate was exquisitely satisfying, I am not exaggerating at all. The oysters were perfectly fresh and the sides were provided in ample supply. The two kinds of raw oysters we ordered had completely different flavors and we immediately regretted not going with my gut and just ordering two of all of them. We will do that next time. Of the cooked oysters, the ramp butter ones were our favorite, but that doesn't mean we would not order the curry ones again. We honestly could have eaten a dozen of either, but then we would not have had room for those delicious and crispy fries. Even the garlic aioli had the perfect level of punch without going too far but just going right to the edge of garlic. The Turkish egg dish was velvety spice: beautifully creamy and crunchy and salty with a hint of spice and the fresh hit of dill! Beautifully cooked runny poached eggs on top gorgeous labna and pepper oil with a side of amazing lamb sausage and some toasted sourdough to bring it all together. Chef's kiss indeed. If I haven't convinced you to go find something on the menu that calls to you, I don't know what will. We also noted the price point was SO fair for the location, the space, and the top notch quality. We were surprised our bill wasn't over $100! Definitely doing a great thing here and I can't wait to come back.
