Wonderful wonderful place. The food was amazing very juicy chicken. I had a a hot chicken sandwich and the potato salad which was great! We also tried the waffle which was airy, fluffy and light. What Will Madansky doesn't like about Helen's Hot Chicken:
Customer service was excellent. Other than that it was an extremely meh experience. Chicken was dry and tough and pretty flavorless. Mac and cheese was almost inedible. Waffle was delicious though. View all feedback.
Get the waffle! It's amazing! The chicken was really good as well. We were amazed by how hot, temperature wise, the chicken fingers were. They stayed warm until the very end. The sauce sneaks up on you, but it has good flavor. Will definitely be back!
The best fried chicken in Nashville hands down 100% recommend the girl that works at the till is so nice I will be back.
Amazing food, amazing drink selection. The hot chicken, waffles, and catfish are fire, they got all the faygo flavors, and baja blast in a can. Me and my friends eat here all the time.
