The ice cream is delicious.The service is so so. Doesn 't seem to be really interested in what they are doing .The place needs a make over, really bad.The white counter, or what used to be white, needs a paint job .The top of the glass counter is dirty and sticky. So are the terminals where your payment is being processed.This is not what HD stands for.Come on HD, do something about it.When asking more than 20 dollars for 3 scopes of ice, HD has to do better.Chairs and tables where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream are sticky and dirty.
