Great pizza and wonderful staff. My wife and I were enjoying a little R&R in Nashville with our 2 dogs and stumbled upon Donatos Pizza. With us loving all pizzas but especially thin crust St. Louis style. I have to say this was a great place to pick. The staff greated our fur babies with open arms on the outside patio. They brought them water and slices if pepperoni. I can't say enough about how good this place is. View all feedback.
What Steve D doesn't like about Donatos Pizza:
They sent us BLACK cheese pizza! We called and they hung up on us twice! Then they said to call doordash and once they picked up and dropped off the BURNT pizza that they would replace it! Seriously! Doordash will not do this!! View all feedback.
Very hard to spot when driving and parking is difficult
The absolute worse pizza I've ever had. The crust was like a hard cracker. Cardboard. I couldn't eat it.

5 times I have been here and 5 times they lost the order or left something off. They lie to you and say they can cook in 3 minutes. Lies took 15. They were not apologetic any time.
I always ask for them not to put Parmesan on my pepperoni pizza but other than that, this place is fire!
