This Wingstop is fantastic! The food is always hot and fresh, and the customer service is exceptional!
It's great when they get your order right. However, I've often ended up with the wrong order once I got home. They tend to pack multiple wing orders together in the same box, which causes the flavors to mix. Additionally, the restaurant is usually quite dirty inside.
I ordered two lemon pepper dry rub chicken dinners. One had bones, while the other was boneless. Although everything was served hot and fresh, the taste was disappointing. The chicken was extremely dry, and as someone with high blood pressure, I found the amount of lemon pepper seasoning on the tenders excessive—honestly, it could have sent me to the hospital. I wouldn't recommend dining here. I enjoy well-seasoned food, but this was just over the top!
I ordered a bundle with fries and discovered hair in my food. I tried calling the store multiple times but got no response. It was absolutely disgusting to find that in the middle of a bite. This indicates that no one was wearing hair nets. I won't be ordering from this place again.
The food at this restaurant is always served hot and fresh, and I've never had a bad experience with the service. Even though there might be a wait occasionally, the delicious, freshly prepared food makes it well worth it!
