While there aren’t many seats—making it more suitable for waiting than for hanging out—we always feel very welcome. It tends to be quiet and not too busy during late lunch hours on weekdays. The staff is consistently friendly and quick. We look forward to meeting here again in the future.

They made me a... read more The restaurant was impressively clean, and the staff were extremely accommodating when I forgot to mention that I wanted my drink with 25% sugar. They made me a new drink and even offered me a taste before sealing it to ensure I was happy with the sweetness! My only complaint is that the tapioca pearls were a bit too soft and diluted, lacking the chewy texture I usually enjoy, but it was still a pleasant experience overall!

They make a point to greet everyone who walks in. This place stands out among other grocery stores like Publix, thanks to their excellent customer service. That’s why we keep coming back—it’s uncommon to find such dedicated workers in customer service.

We’ve be... read more So I’ve had a lot of Boba tea in my life, And I recently introduced my partner to Boba tea, so we’ve been trying to find places in Nashville to get it. We’ve been to twoof the Win Bubble Tea‘s here, and out of the two, I like this one more. They’re more topping options particularly when it came to popping bubbles. My partner doesn’t like tapioca so she was able to try something other than lychee this time around. Overall it was really great, and it was nice because I showed my partner why boba is so great. I typically get taro or Matcha or lychee fruit tea, and I think in this case I got taro. It was great, maybe a little sweet. She got the honeydew fruit tea and popping bubbles and it was good too. What’s cool about this chain that I haven’t seen before is that they offer to let you taste test the tea or the drink that you’re getting, and that’s pretty nice especially when you’re new to the whole Boba experience and don’t really know what to get.
