I make it a point to visit white castle when I am in the opposite. I'm from memphis and the next restaurant that we have to get to the sliders from the white lock is krystals. white castle is so much better. eating was fresh, the service was moderate, but that is expected by most almost food. if they are ever in the opposite, they should be a bag full of slider and chicken rings. I tried White Castle for the first time on 06/05/22 at 1:30. The young lady working as the cashier was very friendly and provided excellent service, so I give her 5 stars. Was missing the Smoothie I ordered which was the thing I was most looking forward to. Didn't receive any of the sauces I asked for. And the cheeseburger sliders were just wet mushy buns. First and last time having White Castle.

However, when the person in charge was informed, they had a nonchalant attitude and said they could not make the substitution. This led to our sliders being incomplete, which was very disappointing for our first visit. I will try another place next time I am in town.
The experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food took a long time to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. When our burger, fries, and onion rings finally came, they were cold and tasted old. This was frustrating for me because I grew up loving White Castle and it's one of my favorite places to eat. Additionally, we realized we never received our milkshakes, and when we asked about it, we were told the machine was broken and they only had vanilla shakes available. It took about 15 minutes before we had to go up to the counter to remind them about our missing shakes. Overall, this was not a great experience and I will try a different White Castle next time. Whenever I come to Nashville, this location is always my favorite choice. The food is consistently delicious and always served hot and fresh.
I highly recommend the FRENCH TOAST SLIDER COMBO at this restaurant. The service exceeded my expectations when they informed me that they were out of the cheese I wanted. They were prompt and professional in their communication. My entire order was fresh and accurate. I have never encountered any issues here. We often order the original slider packs for game day and it is consistently delicious and fresh. I would give it a perfect 10/10 rating.
