Absolutely incredible food. So comforting and the depth of aromas were from this world. It's also so disturbing. Just good food that's vegan. Vegans and non-vegans can enjoy the food here. Please try. Great service, delicious food. I'm in Nashville the next time! View all feedback.
What Brianna B doesn't like about Vege-licious Cafe Llc:
The food is usually delicious but the collard greens taste like dirt, Mac n cheese was old and the potatoes were old and hard, and the roll was hard, as well. I guess because it was close to closing time the freshness didn't matter View all feedback.
I'm not vegan, but the food was absolutely delicious! The chicken—both the BBQ and spicy varieties—was fantastic, and the yams were on point. I did wish the greens had a bit more seasoning; perhaps some liquid smoke or smoked paprika would have elevated them. The mac and cheese looked a little iffy (though that's just how vegan cheese is), but surprisingly, it tasted amazing! That was definitely my favorite part of the Soul Food Plate.
The food is consistently delicious, regardless of what I choose from the menu, so they truly live up to their reputation. The owner and staff are also very friendly.
I was too hungry to take a picture lol I got y 'all on the next round! Both the burger and tots were amazing! Very tasty and fulfilling! That coconut beacon on that Not Bacon Cheese Burger needs to be a side order!!!
The food is typically delicious, but unfortunately, the collard greens tasted like dirt. The mac and cheese seemed old, the potatoes were hard and stale, and the roll was also tough. It seemed like the freshness took a hit since we arrived close to closing time.
My wife brought here yesterday for her birthday. Read all the amazing reviews on Google and drive a few hours to try it. We haven't reported! The food was amazing. We have a lot of things to try. The Nashville hot roasted chicken sandwich was definitely the best on the menu. I highly recommend it. The coconut bacon BLT Po’boy was also really good. Pages (Mac And Cheese, Yams, Greens, Rolls and Pommes) all delicious. My wife loved the lasagna so much that she didn't even share a bite with me. Deserted, they prefer the cheesecake, I prefer the coconut cake. Both great, but clearly different. The language around Philly Foods on the menu are uncannyly misused, so if you are from Philly/Jersey, don't let that fool you in thinking, the food is bad. Being out of the Phillie and seeing the “on a Hoagie” or “Philly cheese sandwich” had torn us, but the food was not a laughing matter. Seriously, try it here! I'll look for n excuse to get back to Nashville!
