The Hot Rod Grille - Nashville

I had low expectations from other reviews, but I enjoyed it! The food was hot and the waitress was very attentive. Maybe because the place was almost empty. We were on Monday afternoon. We have smoked wings, chicken nachos and Mac n cheese. Wings have a good smoke taste. We have 2 different sauces - the hottest sauce they have, sweet chili and hot dry rub. Mac tasted like Pimento cheese and the bacon was a plus. I like beer specialties. 2-4-1 design or big boys. It has the feeling of diving bar in place. I recommend meeting this place for a casual meeting place.

Moonlight and ghosts were great! I thought the waitress was very nice and helpful. The nachos were fine, but overall, the Mac n Cheese was great, but the main dishes really don't taste very good. The chicken was dry, the portions seemed small, and it was not so appetizing.

This place is also open during construction. It looks like there are outdoor seating after the construction. I personally had the thighs in a bunch of bacon Mac and cheese as a side. Great choice. It was a lot of food. The outer appearance, but do not depend on the cover.

Solid food for a decent price. I expected legs on bone vs pulled chicken. It was quite delicious. Unique topping options to go over the pulled chicken. The potato salad is excellent and you can not beat the 2-1 big guys for $6. I'll be back someday.

This place was a hole in the wall that I’m so glad we tried! Nachos were amazing and the service was awesome! Will definitely make this a stop every time we come to Nashville
