- This restaurant has an awesome dive bar atmosphere! I visited several times while in Nashville and was pleasantly surprised to find Pappy Van Winkle bourbon at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it.
What User doesn't like about The Corner Pub:
After finishing work, I decided to stop by this restaurant for a drink and a bite to eat. It's conveniently located near my office in Green Hills. I ordered some food, but when it arrived, it wasn't cooked properly. When I politely asked the waitress, who was also a manager, to take it back, she was extremely rude and refused to replace it. When I requested to speak to the general manager, she refused to provide his... View all feedback.
Owner kicked me out of bar for my team beating his. Did nothing wrong but cheering for my team and he snatched my beer out of my hand and told me and my group to get out.
Love the atmosphere at The Corner Pub. Service was great! Beer was cold and the wings were hot! If you’re looking for a place with a great vibe, do yourself a favor and swing by this place! Highly recommended!
Hands down best bar in Nashville with best food and atmosphere.
Cool little dive bar on a corner. The reason for the three stars is because the food I ordered wasn't all that great. I got a buffalo chicken wrap and some fries. The chicken was a bit rubbery and hard to chew and the fries came out luke warm at best. Granted I could have said something to the bartender but decoded not to. The place is cool though. Nice decor, tables to sit at, tvs all around and cool music playing. Price is reasonable and they have a good selection of beer on tap and liquor. If I'm in the area I would go again, allegedly the chicken wings are pretty damn good. So Gingie is about 50/50 on the level of whiskey worthiness. Another visit will tell. So for now, check them out, its a cool dive bar and the staff are pretty cool too.
Love the vibe and the food. Good place to hang. The waitresses, though, all look like they hate their job. They never smile or give a warm greeting.
