The Baked Bear provides a wonderful experience for dessert lovers. Their customizable ice cream sandwiches, crafted with warm, gooey cookies, are truly delightful. To prevent a mess, the ice cream sandwich was served in a bowl, which was fine. However, as my sister was nearing the end of hers, she felt something unexpected in her mouth that wasn’t ice cream or cookies. We both chose the Gooey Butter Cake Cookie, one of our favorites. She thought it was just the gooey part of the cookie and almost swallowed it, but ended up choking and had to reach her hand down her throat to retrieve it. It turned out to be a piece of a glove—specifically, a fingertip that had been cut off—found in her ice cream. We reported the incident that same night to the manager, who explained that this occurred due to being short-staffed. He said there was only one person working, and with many DoorDash orders coming in, he was rushing. He was visibly upset, even crying, fearing for his job, and offered to remake our order. What if a child had been eating that and swallowed the glove? This is simply unacceptable and disgusting. We're uncertain if we will return. This experience could have had serious consequences.

You can customize your own ice cream sandwich by telling the staff your choices for the top and bottom cookie or brownie, your preferred ice cream flavor, and any toppings you'd like. However, the seating area is quite limited, and more seating would be appreciated.

We choose 6 cookies for $12 and they were cookie monster, Nutella, white chocolate macadamia, Snickers doodle, buttery cookie. My fav was macadamia but that's usually my go-to cookie anyway. Second was the buttery cookie.

The line is this longggg for a reason!!!! Great cookies paired with delicious ice cream. You can’t go wrong ?P.S. The brownies. Try them.
