"I previously wrote a review here and would like to update it. The space was clean, and the staff was very pleasant and efficient. I placed my order, and everything was accurate—no mistakes at all! Additionally, the well drinks were not watered down, which was a big plus!".
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I had a frustrating experience at the restaurant. The staff was very rude and kept rushing us repeatedly. When we placed our order, they seemed more focused on beating their time than on providing good service, and unfortunately, they got my order wrong. If they dislike their job that much, they should consider finding something more fulfilling and enjoyable, rather than projecting their negativity onto customers. It... View all feedback.
I've visited this restaurant several times, and each time they have consistently made mistakes with my order, often forgetting items that I purchased, including main course dishes. I always give restaurants three chances, but unfortunately, this one scores 0 out of 3. I'm very disappointed.
Seeing that they opened at 8 AM and it was already 8:02, I went back around to the line. This time, the manager was outside, wearing headphones and giving me a look that felt confrontational. When I got to the speaker, she greeted me with an obvious attitude, saying, "Order when you're ready." When I replied that I wasn’t ready yet, she repeated her statement in the same tone. However, once I got to the window, the woman there was very kind. But I noticed the crew member who had made eye contact earlier was now outside, wearing his apron and heading toward the dumpsters. As someone who was a general manager for five years, I would have definitely fired the manager and at least given the crew member a verbal warning. In food service, customer service is everything, especially at 8 AM! The rude attitudes towards customers were unacceptable and left me wondering about the handling of my food. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.
They have completely stopped putting cheese on anything! I just had a dry and disappointing meal from this Taco Bell. They didn't add any cheese to my cheesy bean and rice burrito, the five-layer burrito, or the three-cheese flatbread. Instead, I ended up with a tiny bean and rice roll-up, a 3-4 layer burrito, and a flatbread with just one layer of cheese.
I am legally blind. When I went to order a burrito supreme, the lady at the counter asked me to use the kiosk. I told her because of my vision I do not use kiosks. She then got agitated. she said she was counting money and it would be a few minutes. I asked her how long. The reason I wanted to know how long was so I could decide whether I wanted to wait. Instead of simply answering the question, she said, “Why am I being rushed?“. I informed her that she was in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act since the kiosks are not accessible, and she didn’t want to help. If she had simply answered my question say “five minutes” or whatever, I might have waited. But the attitude she gave me turned me completely off. No sale for me! It should be noted that the store is on the same bus route is the Tennessee school for the Blind. For them to be so unaccommodating to people who are blind is unacceptable to begin with, but especially unacceptable given their location.
Cute, soft-spoken dark-skinned guy in the Drive-Thru window, after handing me my food: enjoy your meal drive safe. Me, stoned, trying not to blush and stare: you too.
