Taco Bell - Nashville

Got to store 9:20 ish and they said they weren’t taking any orders… they weren’t closed. Just lazy. She was sitting in office through window and the worker was out front going in and out of car.. drove across street to see what else was open which was nothing and came back out to see a car going through drive thru… we proceeded to comeback to see if they were taking orders now as we saw someone get a bag, but no. She says it was an Uber order or something else. We only came here because the other Taco Bell was out of Mexican pizzas and the new cheddar chalupa.. sad. Nonetheless, highly recommend Burger King right across the street. Excellent service and staff. Very polite and patient and fresh food!!!!!!! I’m currently eating this delicious whopper. BK Taco Bell. And I rarely ever eat BK. Reading the other 1 star reviews of this Taco Bell… my experience doesn’t surprise me.

I wish there was a no star button this is the worst place to order food payed 17 bucks and literally everything was not what I ordered didn't even get the drink right I can't have tomatoes and it's on everything they just don't give af

Worker was rude n would not serve me because he was on a “vape” pause. wild witness. only a lack of responsibility and respect.

I tried to go last night and drive thru worker told me “there was a 20-minute delay”. just don't go here. drive on the road to brentwood. the clientels who work there are ready to do their job. If taco bell knew what was good for them, they would block this place.
