Taco Bell - Nashville

It is Drive thru only now, and we ordered in the app before the time. We had no problems, they have our entire order right (which is rarely compared to other locations! And was so nice! They gave us a lot of sauce without asking, and the food was so delicious. I have no complaints and will definitely use this site from here when we are close. And also, I highly recommend the application! It has online exclusive, and simply made it so much easier to order for a family of 7!

I work pretty closeby, so I end up going here quite often. Tammy is very nice and is genuinely kind. Everyone at this location does a good job, and they have never got anything wrong on my orders. 10/10 in my opinion, exactly what you want from a Taco Bell.

I still say 5 stars but there is a young man that works the window that does not need to be dealing with customers. He is unprofessional and rude and he needs to have more training in dealing with the public.

MEXICAN PIZZAS are back! I've never had an outstanding customer service experience here, but the food arrives promptly and tastes just as I expected. I really appreciate the hard work of the kitchen staff. I'm willing to drive the extra distance to avoid Goodlettsville.

I've been working at Taco Bell for five years, and this is probably the only burrito I've had in a long time that tasted exactly as expected. It was very consistent. I had never been to this Taco Bell before, but I was genuinely impressed. The burrito was nicely folded, and it tasted great—just as I anticipated. Good job! Whoever made my burrito has the skills to deliver this quality every time.
