I'll give the four for the takeover. Probably a 3 for Din. Come on! I really enjoyed my tuna/salmon pot. When I asked myself to have some roe, the chef was happy. Nice! The sauces are as good as you hope fish seemed fresh and the rice was good and sticky. I also like it was served with ginger and wasabi. You want a good pancake, try it. View all feedback.
I've always had a great experience with my orders from this restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious and prepared exactly as requested every time. I ordered again tonight and was thoroughly impressed once more. If I could write another separate review, it would definitely be a five-star rating. This place is fantastic, and if you're not getting your sushi here, you're really missing out!

New Sushi Place in Hermitage that you must try! So far, I am in love with Salmon Lover Roll and Tempura Shrimp Great and fast service. Super delicious and prices are great.
I'll rate the takeover a four, but Din deserves a solid three. Honestly, I really enjoyed my tuna and salmon pot. When I requested some roe, the chef was more than happy to oblige—what a nice touch! The sauces were just as delicious as I had hoped, the fish tasted fresh, and the rice was perfectly sticky. I also appreciated that it came with ginger and wasabi. If you're in the mood for a good pancake, definitely give it a try!
