Great variety of food. I was disappointed there was just one small rack of ribs when we got there at 6pm on Monday. Fried chicken is great, creamed corn, greens, and stuffing sides are done right. We had meatloaf too the sauce was really good.
Food was great down home cooking. Got there 30 min before close. Loved the pockchop and the sides.
Ordered a dinner WITH BLACKBERRY COBBLER from Swett’s Restaurant today, but not a blackberry was found … just crust and goo!
This is down home cooking if I ever saw it. The fried catfish was the best I have ever had, the pickles were definitely home made and the sweet potatos were heavenly. The staff was friendly and though it was nothing fancy inside it had a diner style feel that just worked perfect. Will be going back before our trip is done.
