I stopped here on the way to an appointment. they were quick to react to the loudspeaker system, although it was very busy. I ordered wobble rings and they were hot and fresh. my food came out quickly, and although there was a rainday the car hopped caroline was super friendly and in a great mood! I had stopped at another sonic this week and had no great experience, but this was what it was! View all feedback.

The hot dog was well cooked, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. On a positive note, the outdoor waitress was quite attractive. As for parking, there were plenty of spaces available. View all feedback.

I had stopped at another sonic this week and had no great experience, but this was what it was!
For starters, I don't like leaving yelp reviews and I never have, this is my first ever. But I felt this location gave me no choice but to leave a review at this point and if I could leave a 0 star review I would. This sonic location is by far the worst location I've ever visited, they are slow, lazy, un-attentive, and a lot of times just downright disrespectful. I have been to this sonic over 30 times now because it is right next door to my apartment and I can honestly say they have gotten my order wrong basically every time I go, and that's fine I have patience for that but it's the disrespectful and sometimes condescending way that they handle issues and requests that is not good customer service at all. It's like they think all of their customers are enemies that they need to treat a certain way out of spite. I wanted to speak to the manager of the establishment about recent troubles but I assumed that the manager is probably fine with their workers acting this way considering it is so consistently bad. I want to stop visiting this location but it's hard to when it's the only quick option next to my home that's open late. I could go on for a lot longer about the different issues with this sonic location but I've already wasted enough of my time having to write this review, just do better, it's that simple.
A great Sonic, but be prepared for long wait times at night. I was here recently and waited a long time for my food, mostly because not too many places are open around here late at night.
We waited at sonic for 45 minutes for fries, 2 shakes, and a drink. It took 20 min to even order, then 25 min later to get our order. The fries came out cold and hard. We waited for another 5 min to return them for new ones and no one walked by/answered the call board. So we left. It was awful service and especially for $18.67 we will not be back!
I’ve been going to this sonic since I was in high school and I am now 30. It’s always been good service. Unfortunately management has become a joke and I will not be returning. It was a hot day so they were absolutely packed. Not a problem. I pressed the button. Waited at least 10 min. Nothing. I stopped a gentlemen who worked there and he told me it wasn’t working (no sign) and directed me to use another. So I went to the next one, he took my order…. Two large ocean waters. I waited more than 30 min. I looked over and this woman who had ordered and parked at a stale gets out of her car and waits by the front door until someone comes out. It was the same guy. It seemed she had ordered through the QR code (which most people did too)… he went in (I could see him through the window) searching for her food and drink. Which didn’t seem to have even been all the way ready. He brings it right out. I was a bit shocked. I asked the other staff who the manager was and she said it was him. I asked for his attention and I said, hey I just ordered two ocean waters about 20-30 min ago. He said he went and got hers because she had already paid with card and since I am paying with cash, I would have to wait. WHATTTT?!?? ??They both copped an attitude and said we’re busy can’t you tell. I mean yes baby girl but you catch a whole lot more flies with honey then you do vinegar. Mind you, my two ocean waters were a whole $3 and some change. I was going to give them 5 and call it a day but I decided to take my money elsewhere. They need more staff, they need better management and they need better attitudes.
