I cherish my little trips to Sip :o) truly a go to local gem. There's nothing artificial about this place. The baked goods are clearly handmade, posters and art from our community line the walls, employees happily chat among themselves and with customers, little situational inside jokes have been typed up on labels and posted around the cafe, the shop plants have clearly been well cared for for many years. What Elijah Dax doesn't like about Sip Cafe:
I live right next to this place. I was hoping it would be a lot better of an experience. I would’ve made it a regular spot. I had just bought a coffee and wanted to try some ice cream. Someone muttered under their breath “you have to buy something” and i had a large coffee in my hand. Just very stand-offish energy. They essentially made me feel like a burden for being there which was extremely disappointing. Wouldn’t... View all feedback.
Great addition to my inglewood neighborship! best alternative to s b *. locally roasted coffees are worth grinding a pfund after house for fresh.
Excellent. friendly service. great coffee, just get in and out. I wouldn't say it's a place where I want to pull a chair and stay. it is small and not my style, but riverside village has a great back deck and terrace to enjoy when the weather is beautiful. one of her baristas, shelby, makes the best cappuccino on our side of the city and always makes it a point to remember how they like their drinks! also in autumn they offer pumpkin spice lattes with real pumpkin maple syrup delicious and still tastes like actual coffee, no sick sweet drink. we love this place.
Service was a little slow because of all the regular but the coffee is excellent!
The sip cafe in east nashville is a place I am happy about. that's why you should be excited about it.
Roomy with lots of seating inside and out. Free parking by cafe entrance. Coffee drinks are very good.
