We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was fast and friendly. I can't recall the names of our waitress but she was in training and did a fantastic job. It was actually our last visit that day and she was amazing. She was very attentive, not too pushy, and kept our drinks filled. She even offered us some to-go when she noticed we were in a hurry. What User doesn't like about Ruby Tuesday:
In an effort to avoid eating regular fast food, my husband and I settled on the local Ruby Tuesday. Huge Mistake. They could care less about the presentation of the food and the taste followed with disappointment. My husband ordered Fish and chips and he couldn't even finish. He said it tasted like powder. The service was terrible. I shouldn't ask twice and then stand up to get my own cutlery or ask for a beverage refill. I had Chicken Pasta...
Every time I go to Ruby Tuesday, I am always impressed by their excellent salad bar setup. It is the best in all of Middle Tennessee restaurants. The selection is always fresh and plentiful, with a wide variety of ingredients to choose from to create a delicious salad. The food is consistently well-cooked and prepared. The waitstaff are friendly and attentive, always making sure our drinks are topped off and checking if we need anything. I highly recommend Ruby Tuesday for a great lunch or dinner option.

Ruby Tuesday was like a blast from the past for me. It is a franchise restaurant that I had only been to once before, years ago at the Mall of America.
This restaurant is the ideal spot to enjoy a delicious salad and the steak was exceptional!
