Namasté Traveler???? The vegan pho (extra tofu and noodles) was absolutely full and delicious. I love a hearty food and they do. Vuis' pho is also good, but this restaurant has now become my favorite. The fish were so beautiful and soothing and the atmosphere as well as the staff are welcoming and friendly. decided to come here after reading good reviews. My experience was very different from others. Pho was just okay? The meat was very hard. The place seemed dirty stand and table were greasy, the sauces on the table had crispy things over the nozzle (solt?, the photos made). It is ok for quick pho. I Would not make unnecessary trip for it though. Paid cash but no cash discount mentioned as publicized…not that needed but nice to point out.Food: 3/5
First time here since residing in TN for over 10 years. Not sure how long it has been around. Noticed it while going to Costco. The flavor of the broth is excellent. The meat , I think Flank, not round steak, well both cuts were good. But the flank cut was very tender and soft and delicious. Will definitely come back because it is fast n less crowded. The bowls is only one size, and a little too small to my liking. The pho challenge. Eat 4 bowls in one hour, win ur prize of 100$ n a picture. U lose, pay $75. N still get a picture on the wall!
The food is very authentic and well priced. I have been going here for years and noticed that after Covid they got new management. Which I have seen an improvement in service and quality. The servers/owners Trinh and Tuan are excellent workers and hosts.
