Contribute FeedbackThe reviews for the Phillyman restaurant were a mixed bag of opinions. Some customers were extremely disappointed with the customer service, stating that they had to go next door to retrieve their order and had to wait a long time for it. Others complained about the lack of cheese and proper toppings on their cheesesteak sandwiches. However, on the other hand, some customers praised the delicious food, with one person calling it the best cheesesteak in the city. Another customer raved about the Philly cheese steak quesadilla and the spiced fries. Despite the mixed reviews, it seems that the Phillyman restaurant is worth a visit for their unique dishes and friendly staff.
First time trying most definitely won’t be the last! Amazing customer service even better food!
Ehh.. I should've passed, found a hair in my box and the fries weren't done
When I say this is the best cheese steak in the city you gotta go try his place out great service, and the food is amazing. When downtown check this place out or your gonna be missing out .
Wonderful food. Friendly customer service. Great place to eat at very clean on the inside
Hands down the worst customer service we've ever received. We placed our order online and arrived 25 minutes later to pickup. My husband was told the order wasn't received and sent NEXT DOOR to the neighboring business to retrieve our order. The lady at the counter there found our order right away then proceeds to call the Phillyman restaurant to place our order. My husband and I waited another 45 minutes watching other customers come and go. Not being made a priority for food we'd already paid for was a disappointment. When we arrived home we found that neither of our orders were made to our specifications no regard whatsoever to the toppings we'd asked for. We really loved this place the food is delicious but the customer service is really unacceptable. Paying customers shouldnt be doing the leg work to get their own orders filled. We won't be patronizing anymore.
