When I arrived, I found the menu confusing, but as a purist, I knew I wanted a cheesesteak with onions and cheese whiz—the classic Philly style. Unfortunately, the cashier seemed to be new and started listing a long array of ingredients that could be added to the sandwich. I clarified that I just wanted the steak, onions, and cheese. But she continued to ask me what kind of meat I wanted and what toppings I preferred, despite me already explaining my order. It was clear she wasn’t listening. She also didn't know the sizes of the sandwiches. I ordered a 12-inch, but for $15, I believe I was served only a 6-inch. It's true what they say—size does matter!
