I visit this Panera almost every morning (Mon-Fri). I love it! Everybody's so nice and I love people calling me when I get in. I often come to crank because I'm sleepy, but the visit of this Panera helps me wake up and get me in a better mood before I go to work. I visit another Panera on weekends and the service is not so good and my order is often wrong. Never at West End. View all feedback.
Panera Bread is one of my favorite lunch places - I eat at this point when at the West End.
Good food, not so great of service. The lady taking our order looied and acted like she would rather be anywhere else than there. She knew nothing that we asked her about the menu and did not even try to find out. Got the pick two with potato soup and turkey, bacon bravo. Soup was super good and chunky with tons of potatoes. Sandwich was super fresh. If they can improve in their service in would be a slam dunk.
Don't know where ya'll got 3.9 Star's .. It's To Yummy .. I Ordered The Broccoli and Cedder Cheese Soup, A Baguette Large Glass Of Wholesome A D Milk For 12.00 That Included The Tip.
I’m a Panera fan. This particular Panera Bread was in line with all the standards that make Panera Bread an above average franchise restaurant. There was no wait to order and the food was delivered quickly as well. Clean place with friendly staff.
I had the Cobb green goddess salad and it was delicious!! They have a nice outdoor seating area
