Panera Bread - Nashville

Great alternative. If you spend a lot of time in downtown, you can get tired of the overpriced resturants and torn tonk bars. Every time in a while it's nice to just get a good sandwich or salad that Panera Bread does so well. The staff is always friendly and the place is very clean. Meets and surpasses my expectations. The food is all I expect from Panera and is also a great place to get good groundless coffee, although Mike's ice cream is still the place for the best coffee, in my opinion. All in all, it's a big break for the norm.

Excellent service. Coffee is always full and if it is not, they will replace it immediately. Eating was always on point and correct. Can't ask for a better experience. Staff are friendly. I'm visiting over a dozen times a week.

Tomorrow crew is excellent. Helpful, informative and responsible for the situation. Manya rocks and is one of the nicest people I met.

Cash was rather rude. I told her I thank you a few times during the transaction and she ignored me. She wanted to tell me I could just get a coffee. Not two. I was like what?!?

I ordered a rapid pick up but sent it to the wrong Panera. So I was waiting and never got my order here. When I asked about it and pulled up my order and figured out they hadn’t made my order totally due to my own mistake, the manager was super nice about it, canceled it for the other location for me, and had them make me my order here right away. Absolutely awesome customer service; much appreciated!!
