Consistency issues, lack of service, and unpleasant dining experiences deter some customers from returning. On the other hand, exceptional service from staff like Cynthia elevates the dining experience, making customers feel like royalty. Great lunch options, delicious food, and a classy atmosphere provide enjoyable moments for others. Despite some shortcomings, Nordstrom's eclectic menu and quality dishes make it a worthwhile dining destination worth revisiting. Customer service and food quality play key roles in shaping patrons' overall impression of the restaurant.
Caution/ reservations here are fabulous as they do not give you any points. One of our dishes was unusable. Avoid gnocchi with meatballs. The French onion soup was good. Consistency is not here and we don't want to go back.
Great place for lunch....limited menu, but everything is good
Great. Every time. They absolutely give you your Open Table points every time.
We met friends at Nordstrom Grill for dinner. I think people forget about it. I have never had a bad or even mediocre meal there. One person said to leave off the tofu on her dish because she didn't think she'd like it. We encouraged her to leave it on and she loved it. They do not still cook the salmon so that the exterior is crispy crusty (boo hoo) but it was still very delicious. It was very quiet as we were almost the only guests, which was great. Put Nordstrom Grill back on your go-to list and you'll be glad you did.
Our waitress Cynthia made our visit such that we felt like royalty. She was so charming and attentive. She should be instructing others on caring, welcoming and manners! When we come back it will be to see her!
