We went on Fall Saturday evening and it wasn't busy; likely due to the iffy weather. There's a good assortment of Country-American fare. You're greeted with fried biscuit bites and some butter, I could eat 10 baskets of these. Truly an unexpected delight. The drink menu is good with some unique items and local beer/spirits. What has happened to the Nashville House? Your biscuits and apple butter that I would drive a hundred miles to eat were gone. Your wonderful meatloaf was gone? Too much of the magic of the place was gone. A great American menu and atmosphere that has been the hallmark of the Nashville House was gone. Nashville Biscuit House is a local greasy spoon that looks like it's in an old car wash building - definitely worth a stop if you need some hangover food.
First time dining and it was fantastic. Great food and service. We even stopped by the next night to listen to the band on the patio.
Food was great. I like the country style atmosphere. Service was great as well. I had the homemade meatloaf and it was very good.
