When I asked for my order to go, the kiosks were quick and efficient. This is not something I am used to in our small city of Sanford. The staff was also fast and before I could even finish filling my drink, my food order was ready. My time in the restaurant was only about 5-7 minutes. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
mcdonalds ever. the personal could not be less interested that we were there to serve the load. it took more than 15 minutes for someone who takes our order, then it got worse. 40 more to get my food. It's just that someday hard to do to be well treated, or just try to smile on face. I think should be like that, not bad?
Waited 20 minutes and they still got my order wrong. Food was cold, customer service was terrible. Employees were some of the worst I have even seen. They had no idea how to do their jobs or even seem to care. I will never go back to that McDonald's on Dickerson pike in Nashville TN.
Drive thru line moves quickly. Food is usually accurate and fresh. Nice employees.
Been at this McDonald’s for about 40min is 10:33pm .. and let me tell ya’ll, it looks like the manager really cares about this McDonald’s .. really slow and really bad service . Taking forever to take your order . Employees in the front on there phones .. horrible . Manager needs to step it up.
Went to the drive through at 5:30 because the app said that it was open. No one answered the speaker. I stopped at the window because the manager was talking to the person with the headset on I was going to ask what time they were going to open but manager looked at me and just ignored me. This McDonald’s has truly went to the dumps.
