Kfc - Nashville

I ordered thru Uber eats, for two 3 chicken piece meal with mashed potatoes, and two dr peppers, I received a different item and one drink was missing.

Worse KFC ever!! Chicken was old,manager was very rude!! Drink area was a disaster..nobody cleans in this store!! Asked about employment..Was told not hiring but saw on Indeed app that the store was currently hiring !!! Poor management..store needs cleaning!!! Female manager was extremely rude!! Never will visit this store again to spend my money!!!

When I walked in, I noticed an employee eating at the front counter. He was chewing with his mouth full while taking my order. After I received my food, I realized it wasn't properly cooked. When I pointed this out, he insisted that it was supposed to look that way. I asked for a refund, and he responded with a noticeably bad attitude. Meanwhile, the other staff members seemed to be just wandering around without doing anything.

I went to order a bucket of chicken and biscuits, but they were almost completely out of chicken and had no biscuits available. It's KFC, after all—this is their core offering. Better planning is definitely needed.

How in the F are going to give me one hot sauce packet when I'm ordering a 12 PC family meal, and then get an attitude when I ask for more
