Kfc - Nashville

I stopped by at 4:40 a.m. and a young man rushed to the door to inform me that the dining area was closed. However, he allowed three other customers to enter before us. Another customer had been waiting in the drive-thru for ten minutes without having their order taken yet. Overall, I won’t be returning to this place due to the poor and immature customer service.

I arrived and waited at the order window for 6 minutes without getting a response. The only reason they acknowledged me was because I said "Hello?" They are frequently out of items and often have an attitude. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here. It's better to go to the location in Murfreesboro; they provide a much better experience.

This KFC has awful reviews, which piqued my curiosity. I visited at 8:15 PM and checked their website to confirm they were open (it stated they closed at 9 PM). I stopped and waited, but no one acknowledged me. I tried to call, but there was no response. There were a few employees inside, but they completely ignored me. Now I understand the poor reviews—avoid this place at all costs!

Please do not eat at the kfc at the harding place near the interstate 24. the managername dan is rude and very dismaying does not know how to treat the customers. he was annoyed because my brother asked if he could change his drink instead of the one he ordered, he started throwing. I asked for the company number, but he refused to give it to me. I just don't want anyone else to experience the disregard of my family.

Went there at 6:30 pm no one in drive thru and doors were locked waited over 10 min in drive thru every 2 min when they heard me talking they would say give me a min i was like ok then a guy came up to me and asked if they took my order i said no then they started talking the speaker again so i said may i just get an 8 piece please that's when they got mouthy with me giving attitude needless to say they never wanted to take my order and had to go to Popeye instead never go there again
