The staff wasn't particularly friendly, but the food was delicious and served hot! The young man at the front was working hard; he deserves a raise because he handled orders quickly! I forgot their names, but they did an excellent job today. Great work! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kfc:
that's absolutely the worst thing I've ever had. not only that they lie to us over a menu item, but the dame was rude and screamed with their headset to someone else when they took out the order. also I will attach a picture of a sign that says they have a mac and cheese bowl. if she lies and said they don't sell her. Came around 9pm employee stated they only had chicken wings and fries!!! Saw five people pull off how you run a business like this
Didnt know they dont have slice cheese there.I wanted one on my spicy chicken and they dont have cheese. Hmm
We arrived around 8:35 pm and was told that their was no chicken and that their was a 22 min wait on chicken. I asked for a chicken sandwich instead and the employee informed me that there wasn't any. So I asked If they had chicken wings she said no. So I decided to wait. For an order of wings. If this was because of a lack of employees or lack of food I would understand but from what I could see that wasn't the case. I asked if they still gave courtesy drinks for waiting and she said no. Again i was ok. What I wasn't ok with was getting the wings 25 minutes later and they were cold...this was not good business at all. Very disappointing.
I love KFC but my order was wrong I payed 12 dollars for to little legs an a tiny thigh. When I asked for a breast an 2 legs qn I asked for white meat an got dark. This visit was not pleasant.
Even if it's in a rough area and a beaten place... The food is always freshly made right and delicious!! The staff was always polite and pleasant!! No complaints or bad visits yet!!! Continue to visit this place
