Johnny Rockets - Nashville

The chili was served in a drink cup, and there was no cheese on the chili dogs or in the chili cup.

We had to wait several minutes to be seated, even though staff were looking at us, so we eventually decided to just find a table ourselves. Many tables were dirty and uncleared, and there were only about four occupied tables and one person at the counter. It seems like the restaurant is severely understaffed. However, our waitress was very nice!

I’m giving five stars for service and three stars for the food. The service was exceptional! The staff was efficiently taking orders and delivering them at a remarkable pace. Our server, Chantelle, was fantastic! Despite the restaurant being packed, they worked diligently to ensure everything ran smoothly. Now, regarding the food: my wife ordered a chocolate shake, which was likely the highlight of her meal, along with chicken strips and fries. The chicken and fries were just average. I ordered the original burger and fries; they were good, but I’ve had better elsewhere.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The prices are excessively high for what you get. The burgers are small, and at this location, they don’t even come with fries or anything else. We ended up spending over $65 for four burgers and four drinks. To make matters worse, we waited nearly an hour for our burgers to arrive. While the waitress was friendly, she didn’t check on our drinks at all during our visit. I’ve enjoyed other Johnny Rockets in the past, but after this experience, I'm not sure if I would want to go to another one.

Stood up waiting to be seated for ten minutes with lots of open tables. I ask and they said give us a second LOL! Garbage staff!!! Don't go!
