I had the regular size jimmy cubano with chips and medium drink $13 w/tax.) it was a provolone cheese, sink and bacon sandwich loaded with cut gurks and the brot was loaded with the pronounced taste of hellman’s mayo and brown senf. it was salty and excellent. in every bite there were pickles. it looked like they had a whole deli size cut on the sandwich. The restaurant advertises closing at 7pm. I arrived on Saturday at 6:40pm, along with 4 other customers. There were 4 employees working in the store, including a delivery drive. At first, the 3 employees up front said that they were still open. Then, another employee came up front and said that they were closed. Just accidentally put my 5 Star review in the comment section when checking in to this place anyway, my wife and I just finished lunch here.
I work at a corporate office where we have JJ deliver multiple times in a day.
If sandwich delivery was a movie star, Jimmy Johns would be Leonardo Motherflipping DiCaprio.
Serious customer service. only so rude on the phone and not at all helpful. I was so polite all the time.
I had a sandwich of frost brown and tod building delivered in the pinnacle, I would like to know why my supplier could not fulfill their responsibility and deliver to the 19th floor, so I had one of my assists coming down 19 flights sandwiches to meet the order up and get it back on the same 19 flights, can someone please explain to me why? there was not even a offer to make up on half way
