J. Alexander's - White Bridge Road

Our experiance was outstanding at J. Alexanders!! Our waiter Scott i belive his name was) went above and beyond to make celebrating our 16yr Anniversary the best! We would recommend this restaurant 100 times! The staff, food, cocktails, everything was the best!! Thank you guys for a great date night out with my husband!!!

Waitress never brought glass for water only got 1 ice tea and came up to the table after finishing and surprised that it had not been addressed

Valentine's Lunch - the food was fantastic, as it always is. I just wish they had a special Valentine's menu.

The restaurant manager reached out to me after my review on 1/21 to address the service and food issues. This time, our experience was much improved. Despite it being a busy Saturday evening, the service was significantly better. There were a couple of small hiccups, but the server was more attentive and we were satisfied. We ordered some of our favorite dishes, so the food was good and a good value as always. I must admit, the music was a bit odd, but it was a Saturday night and we were seated in the bar area so it was understandable. Overall, we left feeling taken care of and very pleased.

It would have been nice if a vegetable was served. I don’t think it would break the bank. It was my anniversary dinner which I made a reservation for. It would have been a better experience if we were not sitting in the bar area.
