Excellent decor featuring relics of musicians both past and present. It's like dining in a music museum. The food was hot and fresh and our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. View all feedback.
What Rachel Howard doesn't like about Hard Rock Cafe:
Okay so the service was not that great, we received the wrong appetizers meant for the table behind us and we expected drinks first before our meal. But to be fair it was dinnertime and it was busy. Not impressed with this location of the Hard Rock Cafe at all for so many reasons. Had a reservation that I was told didn't exist by the rude host when we showed up. Even though I showed him on my phone the confirmation of the reservation, it was ignored and we had to wait. Sorry we even bothered to wait, as the food was completely overpriced and the selections were not appealing at all. I had such a hard time finding anything at all that I wanted to order. In addition, the lack of celebrity paraphernalia located at the cafe was appalling. You could barely even tell it was a Hard Rock Cafe at all based on the decor....or lack of. The only saving grace was our amazing server, Sara, who went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be...and the awesome attendant in the detached gift shop who is super nice and helpful when we spent even more money buying products. I've been to several Hard Rock Cafes around the globe and I'm a huge fan of the franchise, but this one seriously disappointed. With all of the local musicians in Nashville, they certainly could have done much better.
The food is mediocre and could be better if the service was better but, oh my goodness, the service needs improvement. From the time you walk in with the hostess, to the bar and bartender, to the server at our table, I was taken a back by the attitude and service at Hard Rock. I have to mention we did find a hair in the cowboy steak and the waitress literally shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I overheard one waitress tell another customer that she only has two hands. We received empty condiment bottles and had to get more ourselves. It was lunch with many open tables but there was still a 45 minute wait so we waited at the bar. We've been to many Hard Rock Cafes around the world and I would recommend that if you're coming to Nashville pass by this one. There are so many other options within walking distance that provide a better experience.
Great place to eat! Food was great! It wasn?t perfect. Felt rushed because this was a high school class there so we had to order quickly. Also, the parking available is valet only for the restaurant.

Good food, good atmosphere. The menu is limited, not a lot of variety, but what they have was good. Service was great! Wait time on a weekend was ~30mins.
